Piano League reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms, without prior notice.

Piano League owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the services and website, including but not limited to, all proprietary and intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the services or website without the express written consent of Piano League.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services provided by Piano League are provided “as is” and “as available” without any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. Piano League makes no representations or warranties in relation to the accuracy or completeness of the information contained on its website, and will not be liable for any errors or omissions or any damages arising from the use of its services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piano League will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to or use of the Piano League services. In addition to these terms of use, if you choose to use the services provided by Pianist Express™, a platform provided by Piano League, you must also agree to the separate terms of use for Pianist Express™. By using Pianist Express™, you agree to both these terms of use for Piano League and the separate terms of use for Pianist Express™.
